Tier change rules
- Every agency starts on the Beginner plan.
- Tiers are updated on the 5th of every month. On that date, the system adds up the sales made with PagBank over the last 90 calendar days.
- Once your agency moves up a tier, it keeps the new tier for 3 months. After that, it may drop if it does not reach the tier volume in a new review.
